Prices are starting points based on a typical Montgomery County quarter-acre lot. Final pricing depends on actual square footage, slope, obstacles, and frequency. We give you a written quote before any work begins.
Design-build work is quoted by project. Typical ranges so you know what to expect:
Edge, mulch, prune, plant 12–25 perennials.
Remove old shrubs, soil prep, install 25–50 new plants.
Excavation, base, hand-set stone, polymeric joints.
Demolition of old, base prep, reclaimed brick.
Wi-Fi controller, valves, heads, lawn + drip beds.
Concept plan, hardscape + plantings, multi-week build.
Yes. We come on-site, walk the property with you, take measurements, and email a written line-itemed estimate within 48 hours. No deposit, no obligation.
For weekly maintenance, yes — a simple seasonal agreement (March–November) so we can schedule properly. You can cancel for any reason with 14 days’ notice.
If we can’t mow Tuesday, we’ll be there Wednesday or Thursday. We don’t skip — your lawn doesn’t take the week off.
ACH, all major credit cards, and physical checks. Maintenance is invoiced monthly; design-build projects are 50% deposit, 50% on completion.
Yes — a 10% discount on weekly maintenance for both. Just mention it during your estimate.
