How a parcel reaches you.

Where we ship

We ship to all fifty U.S. states, including a flat-rate inter-island option within Hawaii. International orders are available on request — write to us with the country and quantity and we will send a quote within one business day.

Carriers and lead time

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail in a recycled corrugated mailer with shredded-paper cushioning. Most orders leave the studio within 3 business days of payment. Tracking is emailed automatically.

• Hawaii (inter-island): 2 – 4 business days
• U.S. West Coast: 3 – 5 business days
• U.S. East Coast: 5 – 8 business days

Damaged or lost parcels

Hand-poured glass occasionally cracks in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days at admin@marcrbutler.com and we will replace the item from the next batch or refund it — your choice.

Returns

Because of the small-batch nature of what we make, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially burned products. Unused and unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery; please write to us first for a return label.

Sustainability

All packaging — outer mailer, void fill, label and tape — is curbside-recyclable. We do not use plastic peanuts, bubble wrap or non-recyclable poly bags.
