1. Agreement

By using marcrbutler.com (the "site") or buying any product from Marc R. Butler Home Fragrance Studio (the "studio"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax and shipping. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. An order is binding only after we send you a written confirmation.

3. Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because every batch is hand-poured, minor variations in colour, fragrance strength and label placement are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Safe use of candles

Candles are an open flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep away from children, pets and flammable materials; place on a heat-resistant surface; and stop burning when 1/4 inch of wax remains. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use.

5. Intellectual property

All text, photography, product names and the Marc R. Butler word mark and monogram are the property of Felipe Kinjo Zialcita and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
